Shipping policy

Order Processing
All Karibu Coffee products are roasted, packaged, and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner, Dripshipper. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, delivery address, and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available depending on Dripshipper’s current policies. If eligible, options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and may be extended due to customs clearance.

Risk of Loss & Title
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you, the customer. Karibu Coffee is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage occurring in transit. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for delivery inquiries.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to countries restricted by U.S. export laws.

  • Certain products may not be available in all regions due to local import restrictions.

Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Returns & Refunds
Because coffee and tea are perishable products roasted to order, our fulfillment partner does not currently accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 14 days via our Contact Us page so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds and replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
